Steps

Peel your potatoes and cut into thin round sizes. Wash them until they are clean.

Place them in a pan and add your oil, salt and spices. Cook in a low heat and keep flipping you pan contents to allow the potato slices to cook.

Once the potatoes are soft enough and can be edible, break your eggs and pour on top of your spread potatoes on the pan. Ensure every potato slice is covered by the eggs and cook in medium heat, add some dhanias. You can add some salt to taste as you wish. Once the egg is cooked to your liking, flip it to the side and allow it to cook.

Once it is ready, put it in a plate and serve with the salad of your liking and enjoy munching it.
