Ingredients

2 cups

1 cupfine chopped cilantro
15 ozstrained diced mango
Juice of 1 lime
1large vine ripened tomatoe
2medium jalapeños(I add some of the seeds because I like it hot)
Tspfresh ground kosher salt

Mix all the ingredients together and taste for seasoning or balance, store overnight.
