Ingredients

  • 3 cupsCooked Basmati Rice
  • 1-2 tbspschezwan Paste
  • 1 cup(chopped finely) Veggies, Capsicum, French Beans and Carrots
  • 1/2 cup(chopped) Spring Onions
  • 2 tbspchopped Garlic
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1/4 tspWhite Pepper powder
  • dashBlack Pepper powder
  • For Schezwan Paste
  • 7-9Red Dried Chillies (deseeded)
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • little Soya Sauce
  • 3-4Garlic Cloves (chopped finely)
  • 1Garlic Clove (chopped finely)
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1 tbspSesame Oil
  • 1/4Capsicum
  • 1Spring Onion (chop finelly)
  • 3-4Celery leaves
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big wok put enough oil, keep the flame on.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and saute then add veggies and stir fry.

  3. 3

    Add schezwan paste, vinegar and pepper powder toss well

  4. 4

    Add rice and toss nicely add spring onions and serve as you make

  5. 5

    For Schezuan Paste:
    Soak red chillies in hot water for an hour. Blend chillies with capsicum, sugar, celery leaves, vinegar, chilli powder and salt.
    In a pan put sesame oil keep on flame. As it heats up add ginger and garlic saute

    Now add the paste and just boil a little then keep off flame.
