Steps

Peel the yam, cut it into medium pieces and rinse with clean water

Put the yam in a pot and pinch of salt then put water about the level of the yam and cook it for 10-12mins

Mash the yam and put it in a bowl, add your grated pepper, scotch bonnet, onion and seasonings and mix it well

Roll it into small balls

In a small bowl crack your eggs, add pinch of salt and whisk together
- 6
Dredge the ball in the eggs and fry
- 7
When it is done then serve!😋
