Matar Paneer
Steps

Cut the paneer in medium sized & deep fry them.

Heat oil in cooker & add onions & ginger garlic paste, cook till they become translucent.

Add all the masalas & grinded tomatoes,cook till oil spreads from corners.

Add peas with 1 cup water & give 3 whistles.Switch off the gas & let it cool down.
- 5
Open the cooker & add fried paneer.Cook on slow till all the masala mix.

Now add 1/2 cup of water & after a boil,switch off the gas.
- 7
Serve hot
