In a bowl take gram flour, curd, sugar, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste and oil. Mix well. Add required water mix well and make batter. Now add fruit salt.

Now pour batter in mug and put it into microwave for 2-3min. Dhokla us ready.

For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli and sugar. Mix well. Add water and cook for while. Now pour this tempering on dhokla. Serve it.
