Steps

Take all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, now add jaggery syrup, and Knead a hard dough. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.

Now take small balls from dough. Roll it. Now make small hole with the help of fork.

Preheat oven and bake these mathri ay 180℃for10 min. Now flip it. And bake again for 7-8 mins.

Our mathri is ready.
