Heat up a pan drizzle oil and add marinated shrimp fry for less than a minute and remove from pan.

Add onions and turmeric powder. fry then add tomato and peppers, then cooked potatoes. stir fry then add shrimp and seasoning.

Pour in warm coconut milk and stir. Cover and cook for few minutes.
