1 cupboiled peas
1star anise
1bay leaf
2green chilli
1chopped onion
1 tspcumin seeds
2black cardamom
3green cardamom
2 tbspdesi ghee
to tasteSalt

Take pressure cooker add desi ghee when is hoy add all whole spices

Than add onion and green chilli after golden brown colour add soaked rice mix well for 2 minutes,than add peas

Than add 2 cup water and close the pressure cooker,cook till 2 wristle comesout, than switch off the flame

After cooldown pressure cooker open it and mix well again,and serve with coriander chutney and desi ghee..

It's raste is very yummy everyone likes this rice.
