We will start our new fasting fusion recipe by taking soaking sabudana for 3/4 hours. And we will knead rajgira dough by adding rock salt and warm water and keep them aside.

Now in pan we will saute cumin seeds in ghee or butter and will add chopped pre-boiled potatoes and saute for 2 mins then we will add green chillies soaked sabudana salt ground peanut powder etc and mix them well on medium flame.

Add sugar lime juice and mix it our sabudana khichdi is ready this way.

Now we will roll small roti from dough of rajgira and form small cones by joining triangle sides and deep fry it and fill sabudana khichdi in it. Top it up with namkeen pomegranate seeds, coconut shredding and coriander and our delicious cones are ready to serve.
