Firstly coarsely grind cooked rice in a mixer.Can add 1 to 2 tablespoon water,if needed for grinding

Now in a mixing bowl add coarsely grinded rice,semolina, curd, onion, chillies, ginger salt,roasted cumin seeds, coriander leaves and mix nicely.The vada mixture is ready to fry.

Now for frying, take a frying pan, add oil as needed and let it heat properly.

Now rub your palm with little water,take a portion of vada mixture in your palm,give a shape of vada with a hole in middle and now put it into the hot oil for frying. Fry until golden and crispy. See that it's fried nicely.

Serve hot with coriander chutney.
