Steps
- 1
In a mixture jar, add rice, curd, semolina and whole wheat flour. Grind it and mix well.
- 2
Transfer the batter in a bowl. Add salt as per taste and add water gradually to make dosa like consistency. At last add meetha soda or soda bicarbonate. Mix well.
- 3
Now heat a non stick tawa. It should not be too hot. Sprinkle some water on tawa and wipe it from cloth or tissue paper. Now pour batter and spread it in a circular motion. Ensure flame is low. Put some oil on top and sides to make it crispy. When it leaves the sides and becomes golden in colour, fold it and serve hot with sambhar or chutney. Instant and easy dosa from leftover rice is ready. Enjoy
