Ingredients

1 loaf
  • 1/3 cupApplesauce
  • 1/2 cupsoftened Butter
  • 1 cSugar
  • 3Bananas (crushed up)
  • 1 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 teaspoonBaking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 tspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Add applesauce and bananas, combine well

  3. 3

    Sift together flour, soda and salt

  4. 4

    Add to creamed mixture

  5. 5

    Stir until combined

  6. 6

    Add Vanilla

  7. 7

    Combine well

  8. 8

    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan

  9. 9

    Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes
