Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  1. 4 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  4. 1/3 tsp red chilli powder
  5. as neededoil for frying
  6. 4potatoes
  7. 2onion
  8. 20spinach leaves
  9. as neededwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put besan in a bowl with all the masalas & make a smooth paste with water.

  2. 2

    Peel the outer layer of potatoes & onions & cut them in round shape.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in karahi & dip all the veggies in besan & deep fry them.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with chutney
