Steps

Take a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables and add salt, Chat masala and coriander leaves and mix well. You can add more vegetables as per your choice

For batter, take a bowl and add besan, salt, cooking soda, ajwain, haldi powder, chopped green chilli, oil, Chat masala and mix well

Add water to the batter, making sure the batter isn’t too thick or thin

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Take a muffin tray and grease with oil
- 6
Add one tbsp of salad mixture into the muffin tray in each section
- 7
Next on top add the batter

Garnish with coriander
- 9
Bake the muffin for 20-25 mins. Checking with a toothpick if it has been cooked or not.

Enjoy muffins with your favourite sauce.
