Ingredients

  • 6 pcsFish
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1Lemon juice or Citric Acid powder
  • 2 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 tbspBesan (Gram flour)
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped, optional)

Steps

30mins
  1. 1

    Mix all spices into a thick paste and apply on fish pieces

  2. 2

    Marinate for 4-5 hours then fry in 4-5 tbsp of oil in nonstick pan on medium flame

  3. 3

    Do not turn till you see it's done

  4. 4

    NB: i prefer hot and sour so i add more chilli powder and lemon juice
