  • 5 tbspsemolina
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  • To tasteSalt
  • to tasteGreen chillies
  • as per tasteGaram masala
  • to tasteChat masala
  • leavesCorriander
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer jar put biryani and grind it.. Now add semolina, bread crumbs and all the dry ingredients..

  2. 2

    Now make cutlet shape or any shape you want.. And fried them till golden brown.. Crispy cutlets are ready
