Steps

Clean bones in running water and take in large pan. Pour about 7-8 glass of water in it. add adrak lehsan paste and whole spices. keep in low flame for 6-8 hour.

Remove all bone stuff from yukhni in separate bowl.

Place onother pot on flame and add onion. fry till brown. add adrak lehsan paste and stirr fry till aroma release. add all powder spices and fry well till oil seperated. now add bone stuff and fry in medium to high flame for 2 minutes. add bone stock in gravy and mix well.

Stirr continuosly till gravy thicken (as much required).

Garnish with mint,lemon, chopped ginger and coriander leaves.

Now it's ready to eat.Serve with naan or chapati.
