Ingredients

  • 250 gmPaneer
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  • 2 tbspCorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into cubes. Add all the masalas. Mix all the masalas nicely. Marinate for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Mix corn flour with water and make a paste.

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil. Dip the paneers into the corn flour paste and cover it with bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
