Ingredients

  • Halfkg Boiled Channa
  • Halfpoth Garlic (6-8 cloves)
  • 1 pieceGinger
  • halfOnion (large half)
  • halftsp garam masala
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 4-5 tbsp.Oil
  • 5whole Red chilli
  • 2 tspSalt
  • Halfbunch Coriander
  • 4-5green chilies

Steps

  1. 1

    Take boiled choley 250 g. Grind red chilies whole, ginger, garlic and onion.

    Add paste in pot and add 1 tea cup. Mix it

    Add boiled choley and cook it for 1 hour

    Choley is ready. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves
