1/2 tbspchana dal roasted
1 "ginger
3garlic cloves
3green chillies
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tspsugar
1/4 cupwater
2 tbsplemon juice

In a mixer, jar add all ingredients and make smooth paste.

You can store chutney by converting into ice cubes and store it in the freezer for at least 6 months. The colour of chutney is remain same

Sandwich chutney is ready, one cube of frozen chutney is sufficient for two sandwiches.
