Mix veg Punjabi Sabji (without onion & garlic)

Boil peas, pieces of capsicum, carrot, French beans & cauliflower in boiling water. Remove all the vegetables from water after cooking. you can also add pieces of 1 potato.

Make gravy of tomato, green chilli & ginger by using a mixer. soak cashew nuts (20gm) and melon seeds (20gm) in 2 cups of milk for 1 hour, then make gravy by using mixer.

Add 1 cup of oil in the pan. Heat the oil. Then add bay leaves, dry red chilli, cinnamon, clove, cardamom& asafoetida powder. Immediately add gravy of green chilli, ginger & tomato. (you can add onion & garlic gravy) cook it for 10 minutes. Then add gravy of cashew nuts & melon seeds. add 1 cup of water. then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, kitchen king masala, garam masala, nutmeg powder & black pepper powder. stir it & cook until the oil comes out. add 1/4 tablespoon of sugar.

Add all the boiled vegetables to the pan. Mix it & cook until the oil comes out. now your Sabji is ready to serve.
