Ingredients

  • 2Boiled Potatoes (smashed)
  • 1/2 BowlFenugreek leaves Wash and Chopped
  • 2 cupWhite Millet Flour
  • 1 cupWheat Flour
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • 4 tspoil
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 3green chillies paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2-3 tspcurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater to knead the dough
  • as neededGhee to apply on Rotla after roasted

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add smashed potatoes, Fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, oil, curd, all dry masala. Mix it well. Need the dough add water as required to knead the soft and smooth dough. Keep a side for half an hr.

  2. 2

    Take a thick tava on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Now make medium sized ball roll it like thick roti. Placed it on hot tava. Roast it from both the side on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Take it out on a plate apply ghee and serve it with chutney, ketchup or any dip.
