Steps

Cut karele. wash with salt and dry well.when it's dry,fry saparately. And set a side.

In frying oil add Onion and fry till when it became soft add Ginger paste Fry for 1 min.

Add Green chillies and fry few sec then add tomatoes and fry well.

After fry add spices and fry then add boil chana daal and fry well.
- 5
When it's done then add fry karele.and mix well for few min.add garam masala powder and dish out.
