Ingredients

  • Urad ki mithayi by Saima Junaid
  • 1:1/4 kg* Atta (mash Ki daal ka Atta)
  • 2 kgghee
  • 2 kgsugar pisi huwi
  • Halfkg khoya
  • Halfkg goond
  • to tasteDry Fruit According

Steps

    Fry goond in ghee until it turns golden brown and grind it. Keep one fourth part of goond for garnishing.
    Start bhoonify atta at slow flame. It takes upto 1 hour and 30 mins. Make a powder of sugar. Cut khoya in small pieces. Crush dry fruits. Like pista, almond and khopra etc. Take half cup of milk and add a pinch of zarda food

    Food colour in it. Make a powder of one jaifal also. When atta turns dark brown. Close the flame. And add milk. Plz be careful and make sure you use a big pateela. Add jaifal and add all things frequently. Mix all the things well. And pour the mixture into a thaal or tray. Settle it with big frying spoon. Decorate with left over goond and dry fruits. Make pieces with knife. Leave for over night.
