  • 1/2 kgMutton
  • 100 gramSmall onion
  • 2Tomato
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • As neededOil
  • 2-3Cardamom
  • 1Cinnamon
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • As requiredCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai on gas add all ingredients saute well

  2. 2

    Add Mutton mix well, cook for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Garnished with some coriander leaves and serve it
