Peel yam wash it and then grate it wit grater and set it aside

Add seasoning,curry,and spices

Add chopped onions and scotchbonnet

Mixed all the ingredient in a bowl

Add bitten egg

Mixed and beat it for some mins,while beating put on your frying pan and oil on low heat start frying ur mixed yam in the hot oil while its fried set it aside

Served wit ketchup or souce
