  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/4 inchGinger
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack salt
  • 1/4 tspBlack Pepper powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 200 mlWater

    Keep all your ingredients ready, wash leaves and put mixer jar along with sugar, salt, black salt, pepper, cumin seeds, ginger and litte water.

    Grinde to paste. Using strainer filter the juice. Add water and lemon juice, stir well.

    Transe to serving glass. Rajasthani Jaljeera is ready to drink.
