In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, sugar, rava, and Ghee and mix well you can add water for kneading. Knead until the dough will be soft and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Take the dough and prepare four balls from dough.

And from dough balls prepare chapati and apply generous amount of ghee and sprinkle some chat masala. Cut into thin strips buy pizza cutter or sharp knife.

Gently collect the steps with help of knife and stretch and roll it make a ball.

And take a dough ball and gently roll it like chapati. Heat the tawa and apply some ghee and put chapati a few seconds after you can flip the chapati and apply ghee and flip one more again and apply up to the chapati will brown colour you can fry it...

Lachha paratha is ready serve with methi malai matar. You can see the flakes or lachha in a paratha.
