Ingredients

  • 2 kgchicken (breasts and thighs)
  • 500 gpotatoes
  • 1 cuplemon juice
  • 10gloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • enough oil for Frying
  • For decoration:
  • assorted vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, mushrooms...)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken very well under
    cold running water, rubbing it with salt. Pat dry

  2. 2

    Peel the potatoes, and cut into medium size thick circles, then wash thoroughly

  3. 3

    In a saucepan, fry the potatoes until golden brown.Strain on a paper towel to remove excess oil

  4. 4

    Fry the chicken until golden brown.

  5. 5

    In a saucepan, add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and water

  6. 6

    Leave the mixture on medium heat for 30 minutes until it thickens

  7. 7

    In a serving dish, arrange the chicken and potatoes

  8. 8

    Add the broth (garlic and lemon mixture) and spread over all the chicken and potatoes

  9. 9

    Decorate the dish with assorted vegetables

  10. 10

    Serve Hot
