Ingredients

  • 1large cup labneh
  • 1boiled and mashed beetroot
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, wash and boil the beetroot.

  2. 2

    Peel the beetroot and mash it finely.

  3. 3

    Place the beetroot in a bowl, add the labneh and salt, and mix them together.

    Serve on a plate with olive oil and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Enjoy!
