Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 cupsweet corn kernels
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tbspmaida flour
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper powder

    Mix milk, water, maida flour together.

    In thick bottom nonstick pan add heat butter, add finely chopped onion and saute for 2 mins.

    Add sweet corns and milk-water- flour mixture.

    Boil for 10 mins. Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.
