  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1 cupchopped fengureek leaves
  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • as requiredOil for shallow frying paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl put all ingredients and make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Cover it and rest for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    After that divide into equal parts and roll it round.

  4. 4

    Heat a tawa place the paratha and cook it.

  5. 5

    Apply butter or oil and cook both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with chutney or curd
