Boil the beetroot and make a paste.

Take one bowl.in that bowl take rava, salt, curd, and required water and make a smooth batter.

Mix red paste on it.

Take a microwave bowl and put water on it.

Take microwave-proof idle stand and garnish with oil, then fill it with batter and cover it. let it cook for 4 minutes for micro.

Pink idle is ready. Serve with chutney or sambhar.
