Mix besan, Palak, dahi, soda and salt with help of little water

Grease the mould pour the batter into it then steam it

Allow it to cool then demould it cut into pieces.

Take oil in a small pan add Rae, sesame seeds and curry patta. Garnish this Tadka above the Dhokla pieces then serve.
