For tadka
1 tspblack mustard
as neededCurry leaves
2 tspmustard oil

Roast all the ingredients for chutney in 1 tsp oil.Cool it down.Grind with 1/2 cup of water as required.

Grind smooth paste.Mix more water for dilution.Mix the crackled tadka in chutney and serve with Idli and Dosa.Keep in air tight jar and store for a week.
