Add salt, turmeric powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of black pepper powder, lemon juice to squid tube. Keep aside. Add oil to pan. Let it hot. Add garlic, chilli and ginger. Saute for 40 seconds. Add onions. Saute for 2 minutes. Add carrot,

Belpepper, spring onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped chicken. Add salt,red chilli powder, pepper powder,

1/2 tsp vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes. Fill squid tubes with chicken mixture. Seal with toothpick.

Dip in egg. Add little bit of salt,red chilli powder, pepper powder to flour. Roll on squid tubes on the flour and fry into oil for 3 minutes. Put on pepper towel.Serve with sauce and salad.
