Soak urad dal moong dal chana dal in water overnight. The next morning drain extra water add onion, ginger garlic, green chilli cumin seeds, salt, in the mixer and make a fine mixture keep aside for few hours.

Beat curd well and keep aside. Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds,red chilli dried and grind into fine powder. Now add all the masala into the curd.

Cook Jaggery and tamarind well if needed add little water to make sweet chutney.

Take kadhai add oil and fry vadas, drain out and add water and keep for 3 -4 minutes, press vadas with hands to squeeze out extra water.

Take bowl add vada spread curd and tamarind chutney. Adjust spices and serve.
