In a bowl take curd and add powdered sugar. Whisk them to smooth.

Then add oil and vanilla extract.and Maida

Add baking powder and baking soda. Sieve the flour.whisk to smooth batter.

Add milk according to consistency.

Preheat iron kadai for 10 mins.

Grease cake pan with oil and put butter paper. Put batter and tap twice.

Bake for 45 mins on low flame

Unmould cut a piece and decorate with cherry
