Ingredients

  1. 3leg piece of chicken
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 4 tbspvinegar
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 2 tbspred chilli crushed
  6. 1 tbspblack pepper
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1/4 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add chicken leg pieces and salt, red chilli crushed, black pepper vinegar,ginger garlic paste, lemon juice

  2. 2

    Rest for 1 hour in room temperature

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil and chicken cook for 30 minutes on low flame

  4. 4

    Delicious chicken tikka is ready to serve with ketchup😋
