Ingredients

  • 2 cupsBanana Stem diced
  • HandfulPeanuts
  • 5-6Garlic cloves
  • 2Dry red chillies
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil banana Stem until almost soft and cooked.

  2. 2

    Dry roast garlic peanuts and dry red chillies.

  3. 3

    Cool and grind step 2 ingredients.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and add grounded mixture.

  5. 5

    Add banana stem.

  6. 6

    Add salt and turmeric powder.

  7. 7

    Cook until done.
