Start by washing all your ingredients. Greate your pepper and onion in a greater.

Cut your water leaf and onion leaf in to different bowls with your fish.

Pour your greate onions and peppers in a pan and add oil and fry it for 5min and add your onion leaf and also fry it 7min.

After frying it for 7 min add your water leaf and smoke fish also fry it for like 3min then add your water, garlic,and Maggie to taste.

After cooking for 30min now you can enjoy it with rice or semonvita. Enjoy!!!😋
