Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsLima beans (seeds)
  2. 1/2 tspginger grated
  3. 1 garlic clove
  4. 1Green chilli
  5. 1big onion(finely chopped)
  6. 1tomato (finely chopped)
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. to tasteSalt & sugar
  15. 1 tbspfresh chopped coriander Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Make garlic and chilli paste.

    In deep bottom vessel take oil, add mustard seeds in hot oil.

  3. 3

    Add ginger, chilli-garlic paste, onion, stir for a minute. Add tomato and stir for two more minutes.

    Add all dry masala. Turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder. Stir for a minute.

    Add Lima seeds. Mix well. Add salt and sugar. Cover it

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup of water. Again cover and cook for few more minutes. Switch off the flame once it's done. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.serve with Roti.
