Ingredients

  • Plain low fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  • 1/2 TeaspoonToasted ground cumin
  • 1/2 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
  • Chopped tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
  • 5 TablespoonSmall chopped onion
  • fresh coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  • To TasteSalt
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  • Toasted ground cumin and black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the yogurt, all the spices,roasted ground cumin and black pepperin a bowl and whisk to mix..

    Stir in all the vegetables onion, green chilli, tomato and salt.

    Garnish with a little red chilli powder and coriander leaves.

    Serve chilled
