  3. Namak, hasb_e_zaiqa
  4. Laal mirch, 1tesp
  5. 1/4tesp, haldi
  6. 1tbsp, oil
  7. 2tbsp,Tikka masala
  8. 1,payaz (chopped)
  9. 1tbsp, sabaz mirch
  10. 1,tamatar (chopped)
  11. 1tesp, dara mirch
  12. 1/2tesp, zeera

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sab se pehly chicken mince mein oil ke ilawa tamam ajza ko ache se mix kar lain.

    Ab kisi bartan mein oil garam kar ke chicken mince ka mixture daal dain.

    Ab medium heat per paka lain ke ache se gal Jae.

  4. 4

    Ab pizza dough ke chote pede bana lain.

  5. 5

    Thora sa bail kar mixture rakhain aur dubara peda bana lain.

  6. 6

    Ab tamam pede bana kar 15 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh dain ke rise ho jae.

  7. 7

    Rise ho jae to bun ke uper anda laga kar bake kar lain.

  8. 8

    Chicken filled buns tayar hain.
