Take oil or butter in cooker.add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute well.cook for 2 -3 min.

Add spring onions and turmeric powder.

After 1 min,add remaining chopped vegetables and add salt,red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala and saute well.

Fill cooker at the level of vegetables and take 7 whistles.

Now take Masher and mash it.add coriander and butter on the top of bhaji.

Take pav cut it into half. And toast it with butter.

Serve pav with bhaji,chopped onions and sliced lemon.
