Steps

Half glass moong dal and rice 1 glass.....add few drops of oil,turmeric,3 glass of water and pressure cook for two whistles.

Let them cool....... Later mash dal and rice little..add hot water,salt as per taste and leave it boil again.

As per consistency..if u prefer watery..

Add ghee in pan, then mustardseeds,jeera,Hing,green chillies,ginger,cashews, curry leaves..saute for few min..

Add the tadka to cooker and mix well..Pongal ready 😋
