Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgGajar(carrot) cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupmatar (peas)
  • 1 tspoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and tomatoes and cook for two minutes.then add spices and add carrot and peas and mix well now cover it and cook for until they cooked.now add coriander leaves and cook again for two minutes. Vegetable is ready to serve.
