Wash and cut both greens. Put them in cooker with 2 cup of water, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli. Give one whistle and cook for 30 mintue.

When it cools, grind with grinder. Take a pan heat desi ghee and add garlic and chopped green chilli fried until colour changed. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and add boiled saag. And cooked for 5 to 7 minute. Sarso ka saag is ready to serve
