Make a batter with sooji, curd, chopped onions,green chillies, pinch of baking soda salt as per taste add water mix it well, then keep aside mixture for 30 minutes. The batter should have a little bit thick consistency. The pan has to be on a low flame when you pour and spread the chilla batter let the sooji chilla cook on a low to high serve with chutney or sauce.
